Qolorlab is a solo studio combining engineering thinking, design craft, and AI integration to build tools and visuals for B2B clients.

Daniel Sällberg
Founder & operator
Engineering background, then 8+ years across UX, UI, 3D visualization, motion graphics, web development, and design leadership. Now an AI-integration consultant — the kind that owns both the business analysis and the implementation, so clients don't have to coordinate three different vendors.
Solo operator by design. Each engagement is hands-on; the work is built with Claude Code as the daily tool, in close iteration with the client. When a project needs additional specialists (3D rigs, heavier backend, motion work) they're brought in on a per-project basis — Qolorlab is the single point of contact and accountability.
Based in Fjärås, Sweden. Works in Swedish and English with B2B clients across construction, real estate, consulting, installation, and e-commerce.
