What it is
Industry OS is a platform and toolset built for industrial B2B operations. It handles the full administrative surface of the business — sales pipeline, customer and supplier master data, product configuration, document generation, compliance — and automates the majority of the repetitive work that normally eats teams alive. Out of the box it ships with a full sales- flow, customer-master-data, document versioning and an AI-assistant the day you spin it up — re-themed to your brand in an afternoon.
Tech stack
Next.js 16 (App Router) + React 19 + TypeScript 5.9. Tailwind v4 + shadcn/ui + Radix. Supabase (Postgres + Auth + Storage) with a stubbed client by default so the product can be demoed without provisioning anything. Anthropic Claude API for the AI-assistant FAB. @dnd-kit for the Kanban. Manrope + DM Mono via Google Fonts. Frankfurter API for live EUR→SEK exchange rates with a 24h cache. Playwright for e2e tests.
How a client adopts it
Copy the platform, swap the brand assets and tokens, search- replace the demo-company name, plug in real Supabase credentials, update the AI-assistant's knowledge base with the client's domain vocabulary, decide which modules to keep, and verify with a build. A handful of hours from clone to running. The bootstrap script walks the steps explicitly and every decision is reversible.
Outcome
Industry OS is the live demo of the studio's systems thinking — a full B2B operations platform you can poke at without paperwork. For new client engagements it shortens the gap between "Qolorlab says they build platforms" and "I can see a platform running" to a single screenshare. It's shipped as a reusable starting point rather than re-derived per project, so a new client gets a real working baseline on day one.
